The website www.inearscanada.ca represents the electronic shop of the company In-Ears Canada (IEC). This electronic store (e-shop) gives the opportunity to our clients and the users of the internet to be informed online about the products offered by our company and shop online.
COPYRIGHTS AND TRADEMARK
The whole design of this website, texts, graphics, the selection and arrangements thereof, are the property of the company In-Ears Canada and all rights are reserved to it.
During your transaction, you are transferred into the safe environment of the cooperating Bank for the use of your VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS and DINERS credit cards. None of your personal data that refers either to you or your credit card is known to us and none of your credit card’s data is saved in any of our records. The transaction is strictly between you and the bank.
4. PRODUCTS FOR SALE- AVAILABILITY- CHARACTERISTICS
The products available for sale, their characteristics, the prices and their availability are pointed out on the website www.inearscanada.ca and are accessible to everyone. The users can learn more information about each product by clicking on the picture of the product itself.
In Ears Canada guarantees to keep its clients informed about the availability of the products but bears no responsibility for their availability. In Ears Canada makes every possible effort on a daily basis, to provide all the required information about each product (technical characteristics, prices etc). However, in order for any mistakes to be avoided, we would recommend that before you buy, to contact us if you realize that any price or product characteristic is beyond the usual or logical.
The prices given on the related catalogs under every product do not include tax or delivery. In Eras Canada reserves the right to adjust the prices without the obligation to inform the general public.
5. ORDERING ONLINE AND PROTECTION OF THE CONSUMER
Ordering products from our e-shop establishes a binding contract of sale from a distance. The consumer has the right to return products within 14 days without an excuse.
6. OTHER INFORMATION
Force Majeure: If for any reason of force majeure (eg bad weather, strikes etc) we are not able to deliver your order within the forgone time, we will inform you via e-mail, in order to inform us whether you want your delivery to be completed under those circumstances. In Ears Canada assumes no responsibility for any situation out of its own liability and will do anything humanly possible for your own best favor. In cases that you have applied for an electronic order and upon delivery you realize that any of the product (or products) is missing, according to your initial order, please contact us to arrange all the parameters needed and send you the products that you did not receive at no extra charge.
6. Modification of terms.
In Ears Canada reserves the right to modify or update the terms and conditions of trades. The company is obliged to inform the present text for any change or addendum to be done to the terms and conditions. In case of no delivery of the products you have ordered (and if long unjustified time has passed since you applied for your order), please contact a representative of In Ears Canada.
For your convenience, we would recommend that you have the reference number of your order available, which will have been sent to the e-mail address that you have entered while placing your order.

PRIVACY STATEMENT – WHAT PERSONAL DATA DO I NEED TO STATE WHILE ORDERING?
In order to carry out any transaction and place orders for products through the online store (e-shop) of In Eras Canada, the client will be requested to disclose personal data. While ordering the company will ask for the client’s full name and last name, the shipping address, the order billing address (in case it is different from the shipping address), the billing information (in case you have chosen to pay by invoice), a contact number and your e-mail address.
WILL MY PERSONAL DATA BE COMMUNICATED TO THIRD PARTY/OTHER COMPANIES?
Your personal data communicated to our company are used, in compliance with the article 7A paragraph 1 (b) N. 2472/1997, in order the clients’ order and in any way will not to be disclosed, published or sold to third parties, unless the procedure as it is established by the legislation lifting secrecy (N. 2225/1994) is initiated or any obligations imposed by the national implementation of Directive 24/2006.
The data of your credit card are registered directly to the protected environment of your bank and our company does not maintain credit card data.

30-Day Fit Guarantee
In Ears Canada offers a 30 Day Fit Guarantee (on approved impressions) to ensure that your IEMs fit comfortably and retain a proper seal. In Ears Canada requires that you notify customer service within 30 days of receiving your IEMs to be covered by the 30 Day Fit Guarantee. In Ears Canada may, at our discretion, rebuild your IEMs for which new impressions may be required. You are responsible for the cost of shipping your IEMs to In Ears Canada. In Ears Canada will cover the cost of shipping the refitted/rebuilt IEMs back to you.
Custom In-Ear Monitors
LIMITED 2-YEAR WARRANTY
In Ears Canada offers a two-year limited warranty on all current Custom IEM models. In Ears Canada warrants all Custom IEM models to be free from defects in materials and workmanship in either the external shell or internal components for a period of two years from the date of fulfillment. In Ears Canada will replace or repair custom models within warranty (subject to approval).
LIMITED 1-YEAR WARRANTY
In Ears Canada offers a one-year limited warranty on the Universal-Fit models. In Ears Canada warrants the Universal-Fit models to be free from defects in materials and workmanship on either external shell or internal components for a period of one year from the date of delivery to the end user (when purchased directly from In Ears Canada or an authorized dealer/reseller). In Ears Canada will replace or repair Universal-Fit models within warranty (*NOTE: warranty is only transferable if proof of purchase from the original owner can be provided).
LIMITED 90-DAY WARRANTY
64 Audio offers a 90-day limited warranty on all accessories and warrants products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of delivery and will replace any accessories within warranty.
LIMITED 90-DAY WARRANTY
64 Audio offers a 90-day limited warranty on all Professional Cables, Premium Cables, and IEM Microphone Cables, to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 90-days from the date of delivery.
Service & Repairs
LIMITED 90-DAY WARRANTY
In Ears Canada warrants all repairs for a period of 90 days and is limited to only the repair work that was performed, including remold service.
In Ears Canada warrants that inside the warranty period, according to its own discretion, it will either repair or replace any goods that accept as being defective.
Warranty does not cover the following:
Physical or hardware damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, water, ear wax, excessive volume, shock, negligence, misuse of ear gel, acts of God, misapplication or cosmetic normal wear and tear.
Damage caused by improperly or incorrectly performed maintenance or service by an unauthorized third-party or person. Unauthorized third party service and/or repair attempts may result in replacement at the cost of the customer.
Damage caused by modifications or alterations without the written permission of the company.
Any defect that is attributable to any failure or damage, which is beyond the reasonable control of the company.
In the case of a broken shell, we offer a remolding service which has a base price plus additional costs for customizations, replacement drivers, and shipping.
Cables are guaranteed not to be dead on arrival and have a 90-days limited warranty from the original shipping date.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other legal rights, which vary from Province to Province.
We do not offer a return policy for our in-ear monitors, even if they are custom fit or universal fit.
If you cancel your order of in-ear monitors before we build them, you must cancel the order within 24 hours. We will process your refund within 5 business days.
We are unable to offer a refund after your in-ear monitors have been built or after the manufacturing process has been started.
A 5% handling fee will be assessed on canceled orders to cover the cost of financial transaction fees.
