90-Day Fit Guarantee

In Ears Canada provides a 90-Day Fit Guarantee for all custom-fit in-ear monitors (IEMs) and any future personal audio products sold under the In Ears Canada brand. This guarantee ensures proper fit, comfort, and retention of an adequate seal. Customers must notify In Ears Canada Customer Service within ninety (90) days of receipt of the product to be eligible for coverage. At In Ears Canada’s discretion, we may rebuild or refit the product, which may require new impressions or configurations. Customers are responsible for shipping costs to In Ears Canada. In Ears Canada will bear the cost of returning the refitted or rebuilt product.


Limited 1-Year Warranty – Custom In-Ear Monitors and Personal Audio Products

In Ears Canada warrants that all current and future custom in-ear monitors and any personal audio products sold under the In Ears Canada brand—including but not limited to universal-fit earphones, headphones, professional audio interfaces, and accessories—will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of fulfillment. Warranty coverage includes both external components and internal electronics. In Ears Canada reserves the right to repair or replace products deemed defective under warranty. Warranty service is subject to prior approval by In Ears Canada.


Limited 1-Year Warranty – Universal-Fit Earphones and Accessories

In Ears Canada warrants that all current and future universal-fit earphones, headphones, and audio accessories sold under the In Ears Canada brand will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery to the original purchaser (whether purchased directly from In Ears Canada or through an authorized reseller). Warranty coverage is transferable only with verifiable proof of purchase from the original owner.


Limited 1-Year Warranty – Cables and Professional Audio Equipment

In Ears Canada warrants that all current and future professional cables, premium cables, IEM microphone cables, and other audio equipment sold under the In Ears Canada brand will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery.


Service & Repairs Outside of Warranty

Repairs or service not covered by warranty will incur a fee of $270.00, exclusive of shipping. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs to and from the repair center.


Exclusions and Limitations

This warranty does not cover defects or damage resulting from:

  • Accidental, abusive, or negligent use, including exposure to water, ear wax, excessive volume, or shock
  • Misuse of consumable components such as ear gels
  • Acts of God or circumstances beyond the reasonable control of In Ears Canada
  • Improper maintenance, repair, or service performed by unauthorized third parties
  • Modifications or alterations without prior written consent
  • Normal cosmetic wear and tear

In the event of a broken shell or hardware, In Ears Canada offers a remolding or repair service, with pricing based on a base service fee plus additional costs for customizations, replacement components, and shipping.


Legal Rights

This warranty gives the purchaser specific legal rights. Customers may also have other rights, which may vary by Province or jurisdiction. Coverage under this warranty may be extended to future products offered under the In Ears Canada brand, with terms communicated at the time of purchase.
